How do I rent a unit?View a few of our unit sizes here, then let us know what you're interested in by phone, email or a visit to our office and we'll let you know what we have available. Our staff will review the lease with you when you're ready to rent. Locks and keys will be provided. If the size or rate you're looking for isn't available, we can place you on our waitlist.

Can I view a unit before renting?Of course! If a unit in your preferred price/size range is available, we would be more than happy to let you view it before you make your decision.

Can I rent a unit online?At this time we are not able to facilitate the rental process online, but please look forward to this feature in the future!

What are the rental requirements?Tenants must be 18 or older and provide a valid drivers license or ID card upon signing the lease. The first month's rent and deposit (same as rent) are required to finalize the lease.

Will my deposit be refunded?If the unit is left in good condition (no damage or trash left behind), a deposit refund check will be mailed within than 5-7 business days following a move-out.

What form of currencies are accepted?Automatic Wash Bays All major Credit Cards, Cash, American Dollar Coins, and Marshall's Car Wash tokens are accepted here. Self Service Wash Bays Quarters and Marshall's Car Wash tokens are accepted here. Vaccums | Scent | Carpet Shampoo | Sanitizer Marshall's Car Wash tokens ONLY.

Something's wrong with the car wash. What do I do?If possible please visit our office at 808 N. Richmond Rd. or call our office at (979) 532-3823 and provide a brief explanation of the problem. If during business hours, our staff would be more than happy to help remedy the issue as soon as possible. If after hours, please leave a detailed message with your name and a callback number and we will return your call the following business day. All alleged incidents in relation to Marshall's Car Wash must first be submitted through our Incident Report Form: Incident Reports MUST be completed within 48 hours from incident in order to be processed. Incident reports filed after this timeframe cannot be processed and will not be covered.

Does Marshall's Car Wash provide detailing services?No. We are a self-serve car wash.

How do I place an order for a BBQ Pit?We are able to accept orders over the phone for all our products, but we reccommend visiting our office in person to view what we have in stock. If you are looking for a specific BBQ or Fire Pit, we would be more than happy to place an order on your behalf.

How do I place an order for a Carport or Metal Building?We are able to accept orders over the phone for all our products, but we recommend visiting our office in person so that we may offer our design assistance. A quote will be provided after the design process. We will collect the deposit when you're ready to buy and the manufacturer will handle the rest. We accept cash, card, and check. Lead times may vary.

Can I buy Firewood after hours?Yes! You may buy firewood by the stick even when we're not open! Please place cash or a check made out to "Marshall Francis" in one of the envelopes provided, then place in our dropbox slot in the front door of our office. Pallets of wood and B&B products may only be purchased during business hours.
