How do I rent a unit?

View a few of our unit sizes here, then let us know what you're interested in by phone, email or a visit to our office and we'll let you know what we have available. Our staff will review the lease with you when you're ready to rent. Locks and keys will be provided.
 
If the size or rate you're looking for isn't available, we can place you on our waitlist.

Can I view a unit before renting?

Of course! If a unit in your preferred price/size range is available, we would be more than happy to let you view it before you make your decision.

Can I rent a unit online?

At this time we are not able to facilitate the rental process online, but please look forward to this feature in the future!

What are the rental requirements?

Tenants must be 18 or older and provide a valid drivers license or ID card upon signing the lease. The first month's rent and deposit (same as rent) are required to finalize the lease.

Will my deposit be refunded?

Accepted Answer

If the unit is left in good condition (no damage or trash left behind), a deposit refund check will be mailed within than 5-7 business days following a move-out.
